Vacuum Low-Temperature Drying: This process utilizes the principle that the boiling point of water in materials decreases under vacuum conditions, with the material being indirectly heated via a jacket (using hot water, steam, or thermal oil). Under high vacuum conditions (typically -0.09 to -0.096 MPa), moisture and organic solvents rapidly evaporate at lower temperatures and are extracted by the vacuum system, preventing lithium battery materials (such as lithium iron phosphate) from oxidizing or suffering structural damage at high temperatures.

Dynamic Agitation: The main shaft inside the equipment drives the rake teeth (or scrapers) to rotate continuously in both directions. This not only removes material adhering to the heated walls, preventing localized overheating, but also creates continuous circulation of the material within the drum, greatly improving the uniformity of heat distribution and ensuring consistent moisture content in every batch of material.
