The double – cone rotary vacuum drying equipment operates based on the following principles 

Firstly：

the equipment consists of a double – cone – shaped container that rotates around its axis. This rotation ensures uniform mixing and heat transfer of the material inside.

Secondly：

a vacuum system is used to create a low – pressure environment within the drying chamber. Under vacuum conditions, the boiling point of the solvent in the material is reduced, which enables the solvent to evaporate at a lower temperature. This helps to prevent heat – sensitive materials from being damaged during the drying process. At the same time, the heat is supplied to the double – cone container through jacket heating or other means. The heat is transferred to the material, accelerating the evaporation of the solvent. As the material rotates, the surface area in contact with the heat – transfer medium continuously changes, improving the drying efficiency.

Finally：

the evaporated solvent is removed by the vacuum system, maintaining a low – pressure environment and facilitating the continuous progress of the drying process.
